4 dead, 20 missing after boat carrying migrants capsizes off Turkey's Kocaeli
At least four migrants died, 20 others were missing after a boat carrying them capsized off Kefken district in Turkey's Kocaeli province, reports said Friday. According to reports, the disaster took place off Black Sea coast, when a fishing boat carrying migrants capsized. Some 38 migrants have been rescued, Doğan News Agency reported, while adding that coast guard continue to look for 20 others deemed missing. Turkey is a major transit hub for illegal immigrants from Asian and Middle Eastern countries who dream of a better life in Europe.
